MDC Leadership Training 2026: Empowering Future Leaders

Martin Development Corporation (MDC) successfully conducted its Annual Leadership Training 2026 on June 17, 2026, at Amici Resort Hotel, bringing together MDC’s SPX and 2GO Coordinators, along with newly hired employees for a day focused on leadership, teamwork, and professional development.

The training was facilitated by Argie De Guzman Tilap of IConnect Management Consultancy Service, who shared valuable insights and practical lessons designed to help participants strengthen their leadership skills and better understand their roles within the organization.
